Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your throw arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. Just email hello@ourikaa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Change of mind

As items are made on demand especially for you, we generally can't accept change-of-mind returns once production has started. Where local consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal (for example, the 14-day cooling-off period in the EU for non-personalised goods), that right is fully respected; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.
